Personal Qualifications

  • Enjoys working with and serving the elderly.

  • Has experience in the health care industry and a willingness to learn.

  • Has the time and ability to be personally involved in the day-to-day operations of your home.

  • Is willing to be involved in the community.

  • Has the ability to manage finances including a thorough understanding of business financial statements.

  • Is willing to complete a comprehensive training program and become proficient in all aspects of operating a Embrace Assisted Living business.

  • The ability to effectively manage a business and follow proven best practices.


Finacial agreement

The initial Embrace Assisted Living franchise fee is $25,000 for 5 licensed Beds and $50,000 for 10 licensed beds.

  • Ongoing royalty payments are 5% of gross income.

  • There are NO advertising payments in addition to the basic royalty payment.

  • There are NO mandatory products or services that you will be required to purchase from the franchise. 

  • Costs associated with the construction and startup of your home are separate from the franchise costs


ACQUIRING your land and your building

Owning a Embrace Assisted Living franchise means you are an independent business owner operating under the business model provided by Embrace. Embrace Assisted Living franchise does not provide financing. A lending institution will need to be assured of your ability and your financial strength to operate and own Embrace franchise
